This houseboat submerged in its slip on Trinity Lake due to the weight of a heavy snow storm.
According to the Manager of the resort the motors were not pickled, however, they report to AMS that they got one to start and idle but the other motor would not start.
Condition of the Kohler 20KW Generator and A/C unit is unknown unknown at this time.
The exterior hull appears upon visual inspection to be free of any dents or holes and appears to be in average condition.
The vessel sits in the water presently so the bottom of the hull could not be inspected.
AMS will be moving the vessel from the water and transporting to a dry storage area.
